Electronic Application
You can send us your application electronically by filling in our online application form. Whenever possible, we prefer to receive all applications electronically.
The electronic application process consists of four steps that include information about your academic record, occupational background, and your motivation for applying.The steps are:

When you apply for a job with A.P. Moller - Maersk, you will receive an acknowledgement of receipt of your application within 72 hours.
All applicants fulfilling the basic job requirements will be invited to complete two online surveys. If you are selected, you will receive these surveys in your e-mail inbox within two weeks of submitting your application.
Interview process
When selecting candidates for personal interviews, we will assess your application, taking your CV, education and experience as well as your responses in the online assignments into consideration. Once we have reviewed all the submitted applications, we will be in touch to inform you if you have been invited to a personal interview or not.
The first interview focuses on you as a person, including questions about what motivates and interests you. Understanding your personal qualities is essential to us. Once we have an understanding of your previous experience and personal ambitions, we can assess whether or not we can offer you a position in which you would thrive. The first interview lasts about one hour including an assignment you'll be asked to complete.
You will receive a written response within 14 days after the personal interview, informing you whether you have been invited to a second interview.
Final process
If you are an excellent match for the vacant position, you will be invited to another interview, usually with the hiring manager, in which we can more thoroughly explore your professional and personal qualifications in relation to the specific job. You might also be asked to perform some additional tests.
